MOST CORRUPTED COUNTRIES IN 2010

The "Corruption Perceptions Index 2010 Results" has been released by the Transparency International: The Global Coalition against Corruption. The 2010 Corruption Perceptions Index is based on 13 independent surveys. However, not all surveys include all countries. The results state that Somalia is the most corrupt country
while Denmark, New Zealand and Singapore tie for first placewith scores of 9.3, meaning they were seen as having the least amount of corruption, theorganization said. As expected,Philippines is one of the Top 50 2010 Most Corrupt Countries.
Specifically, India has slipped three places in global rankings of most corrupt countries, from84 in 2009 to 87 in 2010.
